IBM buys a Toronto risk management/analytics firm.
It does fit well with IBM's usual gradual adaptions – and might mean some opportunities for folks in Toronto once the smoke clears. Of course Toronto does have a lot of tech companies, so maybe now that IBM is done buying everything in Massachucetts they're moving on . . .
