So the last two weeks, among the various other posts and interviews, I’ve been talking about Career Sustainability, the ability to know your career is going to keep paying the bills at the very least.

I think the point is that a lot of us need to be talking about it. On blogs, with people, in politics, here, in our communities.

I think we need to be discussing it because we’re stuck in a world of change. That’s a big hint, by the way.

Dell Moving Into Wearable Computing

It’s under consideration.

That’s interesting as I’ve long considered Dell . . . well, OK let me be blunt, I think they’re in trouble.  In fact the amount of job postings I’ve seen them make in Silicon Valley has been kind of sad.  They have issues.

But a wearable computing move may be a long-shot they need, since right now they’re foundering.  Also everyone and their brother has a tablet.  So Dell has nothing to loose since they’re loosing anyway.

Maybe you ought to be sending them a resume if you’re the gambling type.
