I’m actually surprised it took this long, and it sounds like they’re bringing in some heavy hitters.
I also figure it won’t take long for them to combine this with their fanfic options, CreateSpace, etc. It’s just them entering a logical market.
Of course this also puts them in competition with a lot of others out there, especially e-comics.

This author things so, and I think it’s a point well-made. They are blending into each other an awful lot.
For those of us working in writing and media, perhaps this is another reminder of the need for differentiation.

Lone Ranger joins some other poor-performing films.
We’ve also had some real hits (Trek, etc.) and Despicable Me 2 did well (I would argue, personally, it quite deserved it). But it’s worth noting since we’ve been following a string of concerns about Hollywood potentially having a collapse.
